Intelliguard® Linked Visibility Inventory System™
The Intelliguard® Linked Visibility Inventory System™ (LVIS™) is the first anesthesia medication and narcotics inventory solution that combines secure medication storage and access with radio-frequency identification (RFID)-enabled automated data collection. An LVIS Station™ in each operating room provides RFID-equipped drawers to securely store medications and narcotics. Inventory automatically updates in real time each time a drawer is closed - with no manual input, eliminating caregiver delays or interruptions. With Intelliguard® LVIS™, pharmacy teams get real-time visibility to accurate inventory data in every room, every minute of the day; while caregivers enjoy quick, simple access and confidence that the right medications will be available when and where needed.
The challenge to achieving greater visibility into high-value, critical-dose inventory is an objective that’s nearly impossible to reach with manual medication management workflows. The Intelliguard® Controlled Temperature Inventory Management System automates this manual process through continuous inventory updates with no manual effort.
The Intelliguard® Controlled Temperature Inventory Management System includes an embedded RFID reader that scans for RFID tags and updates inventory every time the unit door is closed. Information is automatically captured so managers always know what they have in stock and can enable auto restock alerts and reorder reminders.
Cabinets have preset temperature settings for Cold (2° - 8°C) or Controlled Room Temperature (20° - 25°C) storage. Available sizes are from small under-counter to large-capacity models.
